At Kiora Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
